Patrick James Bennett Connor, born on 22 September 1968 in La Ceiba, Atlantida, Honduras; graduate of the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal and Social Sciences, specialising in public international law; lawyer and notary, a qualification awarded by the Supreme Court of Honduras; Master’s degree in Finance from Technological University of Honduras (UTH), LL.M. in US Law from the St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, PhD candidate in Business Administration at UNINTER in Mexico, Doctor in Management Administration from the Technological University of Honduras (UTH), with over 35 years’ experience practising law in the courts of the Republic of Honduras and over 28 years as a notary; he worked for over 20 years as an advisor at Banco Atlántida; candidate for magistrate of the Honourable Supreme Court of Justice, substitute judge at the First Court of Appeal in the city of La Ceiba, Atlántida, and currently owner, founder and active member of the Bennett Connor law firm located in La Ceiba, Atlántida, and an active member of the communities of Roatán, the Bay Islands and La Ceiba, Atlántida. He currently practises as a litigator in the courts of justice in the departments of Atlántida and the Bay Islands, and is an active member of the Honduran Bar Association and the Honduran Union of Notaries.
