Lawyer and mediator. Specialist in Consumer Law, Ethics and Artificial Intelligence. She holds a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Catholic University of Temuco (Chile), a Master’s in Continuing Education in Ethical Governance of Artificial Intelligence from the Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain), and a Master’s in Consumer Law and E-commerce from the Autonomous University of Chile.

Since April 2026, she has served as Regional Ministerial Secretary (SEREMI) for Justice and Human Rights in the Los Ríos Region (Chile). Her professional career is distinguished by a solid postgraduate background in new technologies and conflict resolution, including diploma courses in ‘Artificial Intelligence and Law’ from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, as well as in ‘Social, Family, Neighbourhood and Community Mediation‘ and a specialisation in ’Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence in Chilean Law», in addition to a series of advanced training courses delivered by the Chilean Judicial Academy. She is registered in the Register of Mediators of the Chilean Ministry of Justice and is qualified to conduct tendered mediation processes.

In the field of the judiciary and local government, she has extensive experience (14 years) as a Legal Secretary and Permanent Judge of the Local Police, having held prominent roles in the municipalities of Coronel and Alto Biobío. She has also served as National Director, advisor and spokesperson for the National Institute of Local Police Judges of Chile (INJPL).

As a researcher and professional committed to continuous professional development, she has participated as an organiser, speaker and moderator at numerous national and international conferences organised by the INJPL. Her areas of work and interest focus on the legal impact of artificial intelligence on the judiciary, technological ethics, the protection of consumer rights in digital environments and the implementation of collaborative conflict resolution mechanisms.
